- 1. Produce technical planting plans for a variety of landscape situations
2. Research plant availability for planting plans, and suggest alternative solutions as required.
3. Create a landscape management plan for planting design implementation and maintenance. - Content

• Plant Maintenance Management Plans
• Plant sourcing, Nursery availability, appropriate plant substitutions
• Cultural responsiveness, Kaitiakitanga, Maatauranga Maaori, ecology, natural heritage. - Assessment Criteria
- Assessment is achievement based. Students need to attempt all elements of the assessment and gain at least 50% in each component of their portfolio to gain an overall pass.
