This module gives the student the opportunity to extend their formal, technical and conceptual knowledge of digital media through research into contemporary art practice. The student will examine a selection of significant issues associated with contemporary art and the contributions digital media can make to this discourse. The student research will account for the technical, cultural and ideological factors which have influenced these bodies of work.
