- May include, but not limited to, an appropriate selection from the following topics:
Development of a building proposal from a preliminary design: dimensions, construction, materials, finishes, structural requirements. Proposal is prepared in accordance with regulatory controls and client feedback.
Development of building design drawings: range of drawings developed in accordance with preliminary design.
Preparation of approval documentation: drawings and resource consent application documentation meets client, site and regulatory requirements. - Teaching and Learning Strategy
